CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 2+ years of paid childcare experience (e.g., nannying, teaching, or related roles).

    • Experience with children in the relevant age group(s) for the position.

    • Specialized skills (e.g., newborn care, sleep training, or tutoring) are a plus.

    • Willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year with a family.

    • Long-term vision for building a stable and fulfilling career in childcare.

    • A track record of punctuality, dependability, and maintaining commitments.

    • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

    • Ability to handle responsibilities such as scheduling, organizing, and maintaining a structured environment for the children.
