To ensure we provide the highest level of care for our families, Sweet Dreams Nanny Co. seeks candidates who meet the following criteria:
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2+ years of paid childcare experience (e.g., nannying, teaching, or related roles).
Experience with children in the relevant age group(s) for the position.
Specialized skills (e.g., newborn care, sleep training, or tutoring) are a plus.

Willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year with a family.
Long-term vision for building a stable and fulfilling career in childcare.

A track record of punctuality, dependability, and maintaining commitments.
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle responsibilities such as scheduling, organizing, and maintaining a structured environment for the children.

Comprehensive background checks (criminal, civil, and driving records).
