To ensure we provide the highest level of care for our families, Sweet Dreams Nanny Co. seeks candidates who meet the following criteria:

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 2+ years of paid childcare experience (e.g., nannying, teaching, or related roles).

    • Experience with children in the relevant age group(s) for the position.

    • Specialized skills (e.g., newborn care, sleep training, or tutoring) are a plus.

    • Willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year with a family.

    • Long-term vision for building a stable and fulfilling career in childcare.

    • A track record of punctuality, dependability, and maintaining commitments.

    • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

    • Ability to handle responsibilities such as scheduling, organizing, and maintaining a structured environment for the children.

    • A love for working with children and a commitment to their growth, safety, and well-being.

    • Warm, nurturing, and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to connect with families.

  • Must pass our rigorous screening process, including:

    • Comprehensive background checks (criminal, civil, and driving records).

    • Current certifications in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain before placement).

    • Flexibility with schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends as required.

  • Eligible to work in the United States and able to provide proof of legal work status.

  • Reliable personal transportation with a clean driving record (if driving children is required).
